- FOX Factory Inc. products have a 1 - year limited warranty against material and workmanship defects. Modifying the product will void the warranty. This warranty applies to the original retail consumer of an OEM Customer's FOX - equipped vehicle, starting from the purchase date from an authorized dealer. The warranty only covers repair or replacement of the product, and FOX Factory Inc. decides all warranty issues.
Using your new external bypass piggyback shock is easy. First, make sure to follow the installation instructions by clicking the link provided. Once it's installed, you're ready to hit the off - road tracks. Remember, this shock is designed for off - road racing, so use it in appropriate environments. When it comes to maintenance, the shock is owner - serviceable and rebuildable. Check the oil regularly, as it uses JM92 MIL - SPEC oil developed for off - road racing. You can also clean the shock to keep it in good condition. Avoid making any modifications to the product, as this will void the 1 - year limited warranty.
